Our Process
For Organisations
From the first confidential conversation to a fully mandated interim executive, our process is designed to move quickly without compromising on fit
Exploratory Conversations
Transformation often starts long before a mandate becomes urgent. In an initial conversation we seek to understand your organisation, strategic priorities and potential transformation agenda. Once a mutual NDA and our General Terms and Conditions are in place, we are available to discuss confidential initiatives at any stage
Diagnosis
Once a transformation requirement becomes tangible, we conduct a structured diagnosis session to assess the underlying business challenge, define success criteria and determine the executive capabilities required for delivery
Principal Mandate
Based on the diagnosis, CHARTA EXECUTIVE develops a Principal Mandate defining the transformation objectives, leadership requirements, governance structure, stakeholder environment and critical success factors - the foundation for identifying the right executive
Context Match
Rather than searching for generic profiles, we identify executives who have successfully led highly comparable situations. Every candidate undergoes a structured assessment, including reference verification and validation of relevant transformation experience
Candidate Proposal
Within days we present at most two executives, each personally known to us - each evaluated against the Principal Mandate and supported by named references personally conducted by CHARTA EXECUTIVE
Executive Presentation
Selected candidates are introduced to your decision makers in person or virtually. Beyond professional qualifications, these conversations focus on leadership style, cultural fit, strategic alignment and the specific transformation ahead. Further presentations can be arranged whenever required
Engagement & Kick-Off
Following the final selection, CHARTA EXECUTIVE prepares the engagement documentation and coordinates the contractual arrangements. The interim executive can typically commence the assignment immediately after contracting is complete
Project Governance
Throughout the engagement, CHARTA EXECUTIVE conducts regular governance meetings with client and interim executive alike - monitoring progress, addressing emerging challenges and ensuring sustained delivery against the agreed objectives
